Shipping & Handling Charge

How much will it cost?
Our standard shipping method is registered air mail. It takes about a week to ship to countries in Asia and 1 to 2 weeks for other regions.
Free shipping if your order is $60 or more, otherwise a fixed rate of $5.00 is imposed as shipping & handling charge. We ship anywhere in the world.
If you desire to receive your goods faster, you could choose to use our Express Postal Service. There is an additional charge of $30.00 to use this method.
Customs and duty
Goods for delivery may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs charges. These charges are levied once the parcel arrives at its destination, and must be paid by the recipient. You assume full responsibility for complying with any importation regulations. Please contact your local customs office for further details.
How long will it take?
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for arrival of your order.
All damaged, defective or faulty goods are to be returned to us within 14 days of receipts of such goods.
Please send an e-mail to us for Returns Authorization.
Once you got the authorization, send us the goods properly packed and provide your order number, a brief explanation of the problem and include a copy of your receipt/delivery note.
We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible.
